Lana celebrates Valentine’s Day with an indulgent custom set menu of snacks and shared dishes including desserts for $189pp, as well as some optional extras.

An extended champagne by-the-glass list will also be made available for the occasion.

Spanner crab and prawn cracker, yuzu, green mango “pinzimonio”

Smoked chicken wing “diavola”, nduja, miso ranch

Griled figs, wagyu bresaola MBS9+, walnut, tamari

Confit duck tortelli in brodo, abalone, spanish truffle

Rosemary and fennel focaccia, black garlic butter

Wagyu flank, diane sauce, bonemarrow, potato

Add spanish summer truffle + 30

Organic leaves, miso, shallot

Silken tofu budino, yogurt, coconut, lychee, rice congee
