AN EVENING TO WELCOME THE LUNAR NEW YEAR

Celebrate the start of Lunar New Year at Lana with a one-night chef collaboration led by Executive Chef Alex Wong alongside guest cook Mimi Wong — 2024 Masterchef alum whose cooking is rooted in Cantonese tradition and memories of growing up between Sydney and Hong Kong.

The four-course shared menu brings together Lana’s Italian-Asian style with a strong Chinese influence, drawing on the Lunar New Year foods and traditions Alex and Mimi return to each year. Designed for sharing, the evening invites you to gather, slow down and mark the occasion around the table.

A pre-payment is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made at least three (3) days prior to your reservation will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within three (3) days of the reservation date are non-refundable. A 7% gratuity will be applied to any additional spend on the evening. This gratuity is removable upon request. For groups of 8 guests or more, a 10% service charge applies and replaces the standard gratuity.
