Over the last five years, Alex Wong and the Lana culinary team have built a restaurant shaped by modern Italian cooking, a deep respect for seasonal produce, and a hospitality that feels genuinely warm. Alex's approach has always drawn from both worlds — the bold, precise flavours of his Asian background and the generosity and simplicity at the heart of Italian cooking — creating something that feels entirely Lana.

To celebrate, they're bringing the last five years to the table. For one week only our Chefs Selection will be replaced with a shared menu of Lana's Greatest Hits — the dishes that opened the doors and the ones that have grown alongside the restaurant.
