If you love your steak, you’re going to love our Westholme Wagyu Supper Club dinner on Monday, November 13. We’ve partnered with Westholme Wagyu, who produce some of the best wagyu in the country, and created a menu of nine dishes for $129 per person, stamped with Lana’s innovative and playful mark. Wagyu brisket “tsukune”, egg yolk, wasabi leaf
Piadina, black garlic, wagyu tallow, herbs
Smoked wagyu rump cap “tonnato”
Saffron tortelli, braised wagyu cheek, bush tomato XO
