VALENTINE’S AT LANA
Lana celebrates Valentine’s Day with an indulgent custom set menu of snacks and shared dishes including two desserts for $169pp, as well as some optional extras.
Start with our signature selection of snacks which includes WA scampi ssam with mascarpone and dashi, and “insalata di mare” - abalone, octopus and squid - before enjoying the likes of capelli d’angelo with mud crab, black pepper butter and shio konbu and steamed Murray cod, “ginger and shallot” and desert lime. Luxe up your night with an optional extra of caviar service or a 2GR Wagyu flank, “bagna cauda” and onion.
An extended champagne by-the-glass list will also be made available for the occasion.
