Named by Time Out London in 2023 as one of the hottest chefs in London, Australian chef John Javier (formerly of Noma, Quay, Momofuku Seiobo and his own Surry Hills restaurant, Master), is returning to Australia to present an exclusive New Year’s Eve dinner at Lana.

The party atmosphere will be boosted by DJ Somatik, and your favourite cocktails will be shaken and stirred by the Lana team. Tickets are $249 per person which includes a Master-inspired cocktail and welcome canapes at Apollonia followed by a shared set menu at Lana. Plus, you’ll have exclusive access to Apollonia after you dine to bring in the New Year.

Bookings will be split over two seatings, at either 5.00pm, 5.15pm or 5.45pm for a 2.5hr reservation, or 8pm, 8.15pm or 8.45pm and you’re welcome to stay until we close after midnight.
